What your quote actually includes
Cooked in your lot. Nobody leaves the shop.
Pizza says thanks for about eleven minutes. Taking the whole crew out to a restaurant says it better, but it costs you half a shift and a carpool. This is the third option: a hibachi chef sets up in your lot, cooks steak, chicken and shrimp to order with a live fire show, and everyone is back on the floor when lunch is over.
We bring the grill, the propane, the food and the cleanup. You point at a flat spot outdoors. Monday–Thursday is the Weekday Special: $54.90/person instead of $59.90, with a free appetizer of your choice (gyoza, edamame or spring rolls), and daytime slots are usually open.

The moments we design
Every team lunch has a highlight. Our chefs build the show around yours.
Nobody clocks out to drive anywhere
The chef comes to your site, so a team lunch fits inside a lunch break. Tell us how long the crew has and we'll plan the cook around it — larger teams get more chefs or staggered seatings.
The boss gets called up
Egg toss, shrimp catch, the squeeze-bottle challenge. The manager who booked it usually goes first, and the crew doesn't let them forget it.
A quote you can forward upstairs
Itemized, with your company name on it and every line showing — food, travel if any, card fee. Nothing gets added after you approve it.

Team Lunch FAQ
We're a shop / warehouse / dealership. Can you really do this at our facility?
Almost always, yes. The grill needs a flat outdoor spot about 6x8 ft with roughly 10 ft of open air above it — a corner of the parking lot, the yard, or the apron just outside an open bay door all work. We bring the grill and the propane, no power hookup needed, and a protective tarp goes under the station so your lot looks the way we found it. The cooking stays outdoors; your crew can eat wherever you like, including inside in the break room. Text us a photo of the spot and we'll confirm it before you book.
How does it fit into a lunch break?
Your chef arrives about 10 minutes before the start time and is cooking moments later. Tell us how many people and how long they have, and we'll plan around it: more chefs for larger crews, or staggered seatings so the floor is never empty. You make one booking; we work out the chef count.
How do payment and paperwork work for a company?
You get an itemized quote with your company name on it. A company card is fine — cards carry a 4% processing fee and settle at least 72 hours before the event; cash on the day has no fee. If accounting needs a W-9, just ask. We handle headcount changes gracefully, and cancelling or rescheduling is free with 72 hours' notice.
What does it cost for a team?
Monday–Thursday is $54.90 per person with a free appetizer of your choice (gyoza, edamame or spring rolls); Friday–Sunday is $59.90, and so are Thanksgiving week and December 20 – January 3. There's a $599 event minimum, and a Party Size Discount comes off automatically: $30 for 10–14 adults, $60 for 15–24, $90 for 25–30. A 28-person weekday lunch comes to about $1,450; gratuity is separate and up to you (20–25% is customary). Over 30 people, we quote it for you directly. Need seating? Tables, chairs and tablecloths are $10 per person. Every guest picks 2 proteins, with fried rice, vegetables and salad — extra rice and vegetables are free if you tell us ahead.
What about dietary needs on a big crew?
Each person picks their own 2 proteins — chicken, steak, shrimp, salmon, or tofu — cooked to order in front of them. Vegetarian and vegan plates are the same per-person rate. For gluten-free guests, bring your preferred gluten-free soy and teriyaki and we prepare their meal on a separate station. We can't promise a nut-free or sesame-free table, so tell us about any allergy when you book and we'll check the labels for your date and tell you honestly what we can serve safely.
